★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy bonito para la familia y amigos, el bufet es bueno aún que a veces no se confinan muy bien, les recomiendo que si compran el paquete para diversión traten de ir temprano por disfruten todo a mi me falto hacer el gotcha y ya no quisieron cambiarnos lo por otra cosa o reemplazarlo para otra visita
It is a very nice place for family and friends, the buffet is still good that sometimes they are not confined very well, I recommend that if they buy the package for fun try to go early for enjoy everything I am missing the gotcha and already they did not want to change anything for something else or replace it for another visit

El buffet dominical esta bien y la atención es buena.
A bit of signage is missing, it is a very nice place, there are some games for children, and you can grill meat.
The Sunday buffet is good and the attention is good.

Es 100% pet friendly lo cual es super conveniente
Tienen tirolesa, puentes tibetanos, gotcha y un aviario chiquito pero con aves bonitas.
Tomar en cuenta que ya que las cabañas tienen construcción de concreto son muy frías, están recubiertas de madera, pero las paredes y pisos son fríos.
Las chimeneas muy acogedoras y te llevan la leña hasta la cabaña.
Super easy to get to, spacious areas, super comfortable beds and pillows, delicious food, very tasty Sunday buffet.
It is 100% pet friendly which is super convenient
They have zip line, Tibetan bridges, gotcha and a small aviary but with beautiful birds.
Take into account that since the cabins have concrete construction they are very cold, they are covered with wood, but the walls and floors are cold.
The fireplaces are very cozy and they take the firewood to the cabin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tuve el gusto de hospedarme y conocer por dentro las cabañas, pero por fuera se ven bonitas, me gustó mucho que admiten mascotas y pueden entrar al restaurante también. Falta mejorar la atención y el servicio a cliente, solo habia un mesero en el restaurante y otro mesero para atender en las areas verdes alejadas del restaurant, se tardaban mucho. También para la tirolesa se tardaron y no habia nadie para atender el puente tibetano, supongo q necesitan personal y más que era fin de semana cuando va mas gente. Las porciones de los platillos son de buen tamaño para los precios aunque sirven algunas cosas frías. Comida de buen sabor, concepto bueno, lugar bonito, pero el servicio hay que mejorar.
I didn't have the pleasure of staying and getting to know the cabins inside, but from the outside they look nice, I really liked that they allow pets and they can enter the restaurant too. Customer care and service needs to be improved, there was only one waiter in the restaurant and another waiter to serve in the green areas away from the restaurant, they took a long time. Also for the zip line they took a while and there was no one to attend to the Tibetan bridge, I guess they need staff and more than that it was the weekend when more people go. The portions of the dishes are a good size for the prices although they do serve some cold items. Tasty food, good concept, nice place, but the service needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy bueno para pasar un domingo en familia. Pero donde no quede para nada convencido es con la comida, un ejemplo fue que pedí unas quesadillas, me dieron 3 pero solamente era una tortilla con un pedazo de queso y nada mas. Pésimo por cierto.
