La arrachera es su especialidad, la preparan sin exagerar en el marinado ni en la sal. Es deliciosa y sueve.
Te sirven unos frijoles charros mientras esperas el platillo que hayas seleccionado.
Las hamburguesas están bien preparadas y vienen acompañadas de papas a la francesa. Eliges el tipo de carne (hay de arrachera) y un ingrediente extra incluído (tocino, champiñones, etc.), también te incluye agua o refresco con tu hamburguesa.
Tienen servicio para llevar. También tienen a la venta arrachera cruda.
 They comply with all covid measures. The servers are always attentive and helpful.
The flank steak is their specialty, they prepare it without exaggerating in the marinade or in the salt. It is delicious and soft.
They serve you some charro beans while you wait for the dish you have selected.
The burgers are well prepared and are accompanied by French fries. You choose the type of meat (there is flank steak) and an extra ingredient included (bacon, mushrooms, etc.), it also includes water or soda with your burger.
They have take away service. They also have raw flank steak for sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was close to my Airbnb and was recommended. We were a large group so we bought a package which included beans, guacamole and a couple of pounds of meat asada and chorizo. Hand made tortillas and other garnishes.
The beans were cold, it was their take on frijoles charros. Though I imagined that if they were hot it would of been delicious.
The meat portions was plenty cooked very well. With places like these I am wary of the meat being a bit of lower quality, full of tendons and nerves. But it was actually very good cuts.
My nephew had a burger and was made with the same cuts, not ground meat. I had a bite and was delicious.
The price is very low for what you get. If your close by swing by, but don’t come looking for it.
