★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delicia de lugar, la decoración en la noche invita a enamorarse, definitivamente un imperdible lugar para deleitarse con la especialidad de la casa como lo son las truchas preparadas de una amplia variedad de versiones, desde café hasta la chilpaya, es una parada obligada si estás por el rumbo, de los precios ni se diga, super accesible en relación servicio-calidad de alimentos.
Solo en esta ocasión no se llevan las 5 estrellas ya que los baños estaban muy sucios, lo bueno que fui después de comer si no hubiese perdido el apetito con tan desagradable panorama que me tocó ver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, this place left a great impression from the start, with fresh, perfectly crispy, lightly salted tortilla chips and exquisite salsas. Their specialty is the trout, and they offer a large variety of preparations. It's served whole, but with the bones removed, so it's easy to enjoy.
The environment is remote and rustic, with lush greenery and a stream, and a large two-level restaurant space overlooking the stream and parking lot.
This is my favorite restaurant in the greater Xalapa region.
The only downside is the drive through Coatepec and the dirt roads to get down to the restaurant.
