★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugarcito que no llama la atención, fui por recomendación de un amigo. Los precios son muy económicos, es tipo comida corrida solo incluye 2 tiempos sopa o arroz y el guisado anque las porciones son muy generosas.
Hay días en que tienen opciones como guajolote, conejo, mojarra frita, carne asada, enchiladas, varía el precio, aunque aún así es muy económico.
Me llevé la grata sorpresa de que el sazón es exquisito, es comida casera cocinada en barro. Las tortillas hechas a mano son de lo mejor, 100% maíz, hechas al momento.
La comida incluye agua fresca preparada al momento, el señor te da las opciones de fruta que tiene disponible y la prepara al momento.
De los guisos que he probado son el caldo de pescado (buenísimo), mole con guajolote, caldo de pollo, caldo de res, costilla con champiñones, enchiladas verdes (incluyen un huevo), todo exquisito.
Si eres de las personas que aprecian el sabor de la comida típica mexicana con preparación artesanal esta es una joya oculta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo el mole de guajolote que sirven los días martes, además de excelentes opciones a la carta como conejo y mojarra sin faltar la comida corrida, los tamales de entrada y las aguas de frutas frescas, ubicadp a la salida de zinacantepec hacia zitacuaro el ambiente es muy tranquilo. en mi opinión solo falta capacitar al personal para una atención de mejor calidad .
