★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been ordering food for meal prep from here for a few weeks now and I really love it! Sonia and her team go out of their way to prepare healthy meals with good ingredients. There is also a good amount of both veggies and protein, which has been difficult for me to find anywhere else. If you're looking for reasonably priced, healthy food that you can eat everyday, this is a great option.

The food is healthy, consistent, DELICIOUS, and it doesn't taste like rappi food... it tastes like my mom went to culinary school then made me a meal with love! It's also cheaper than ordering Rappi and the team will adjust future meals based on your feedback... that's wins all around! We've done food prep before to mixed results.... the team at La Caja Sana are on another level!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing prepped, healthy, customized meals delivered to your door! I’ve been ordering from Sonia and the team at Caja Sana for the last 2 weeks and it’s been amazing.
Getting way more protein and veg than I would otherwise and have seen significant improvement in my lifting (nutrition is important, but never knew how much).
Sonia works with you to create custom plans to your needs (lifting, vegan, keto, you name it) and is super responsive to feedback. Also is perfectly fluent in English as a native Californian for those non Spanish speakers.
