It can get quite busy at breakfast as it's a popular spot for local people to grab a quick breakfast on their way to work, but the staff are very hard working and deserve a lot of credit for keeping up a blistering pace the whole time. Be prepared to order in Spanish. I highly recommend platas de fruitas with yogurt and granola, but you can't really go wrong with anything on the menu. They use cinnamon in the coffee, which is a nice touch.
