En el desayuno les daría un 8.5 ya que me faltó la fruta picada.
Trato amable y las habitaciones súper comodas.
 Very nice place near the center. I would like the water in the pool to be tempered.
At breakfast I would give them an 8.5 since I missed the chopped fruit.
Friendly service and super comfortable rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es muy bonito, a tono con el color del pueblo. El personal es sumamente atento y muy profesionales. Durante nuestra estancia todo estuvo excelente, muy recomendado para pasar unos días maravillosos en Valle. Por supuesto que volvería a quedarme con ellos
The hotel is very nice, in tune with the color of the town. The staff is extremely attentive and very professional. During our stay everything was excellent, highly recommended to spend some wonderful days in Valle. Of course I would stay with them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They stole my money, I reserved through Orbitz where they are announced and I cancelled on time. I called them and sent them tons of e-mails and they didn't reply or refund my money. His manager told me it was their fault and days and months later I haven't seen any refund yet. The attention is super rude and they are thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is beautiful, yes, but it's not very well kept. The room wasn't very clean, and it was way too pricey for what we got. On the website it said that you could do the check-in at any time, but we had to wait 2 hours for our room. It also said breakfast buffet, but this was only true on the weekend. The staff at the desk was rude or uninterested with terrible customer service. The only nice people was one guy at the restaurant and the SPA lady.
Some parts of the path to get to the restaurant are poorly maintained and I hurt my ankle badly due to some loosen tiles.
Also, they said they had room service, but they didn't.
Valle de Bravo has lovely hotels...just go somewhere else.
