La Capital - 64000 Monterrey

La capital es un lugar exelente perooo....... Q seguridad tan mas fea esta ahy...... El propio jefe de servicio de noche en seguridad..... Fuma yerva y todos sus empleados se lo tapan y no ablan nada.... Lo peor de lo peor la vdd la capital es un buen lugar pero q seguridad puede aver asi...... El a ñor de seguridad se llama Juan Manuel garcia sepulveda .....visitenlos ahy lo encontraran despues de las 7 pm y boy a lo mismo q seguridad tan mas fea kon eso

Excelente ubicación y el edificio moderno en el centro de Monterrey. Acceso a vías rápidas (Felix U Gomez/Garza Sada, Av. Constitución, Av Morones) A unos metros de la entrada al Parque Fundidora.

Ubicado en la esquina de Washington y en la mal llamada calle “Héroes del 47”, pues aquí en Monterrey los héroes son de septiembre de 1846.

Se ve más genial cuando está nublado y apunto de llover...

Excelete lugar para vivir, se tiene todo el complejo de Parque Fundidora y paseo Sta. Lucia al pie de la entrada. Los departamentos son excelentes para una sola persona, una pareja sin hijos o para familias pequeñas de maximo 3 personas. Muchos accesos viales y muy cerca del Tec de Monterrey.

Airbnb’d here. Amazing building. Awesome views, really cool pool and 24 hour gym. Great place to stay!

They have a horrible laundry system. Most of staff is very nice and hardworking but administration is just very difficult to deal with

This place has a ton of potential. The location is great and the 12th floor has a community gym and pool. However La Capital is very poorly managed which makes me hesitant to ever recommend the place. Between the laundry service that did not work for half a year, starting in December (new machines kept being delayed and did not arrive until late June), spraying for cockroaches especially on the 12th floor lounge, elevators that were constantly being repaired/were not functioning and the dirty pool, it just is not worth it. Plus repairs that just seemed to go on and on forever. I lived on the second floor and they were working on WeWork for months and noises from other repairs are heard often. Some of the machines in the gym have not been working for half a year too (cycling machine which has been broken since November and I bet it is still broken now). Plus the revolving door of staff members. Nomad Living is not known for treating its employees well, plus some of the residents do not treat maintenance and security with any respect and security lacks any kind of power to enforce the rules that some people are always breaking. I kind of feel bad for the people who work at La Capital. It isn't an easy job, they work so hard, for so long, for so little and don't get a lot of respect from too many people who feel entitled to drink beer in the pool or whatever else they please. So again, this place has potential, but things actually need to work, need to be clean and people need to be employed who are respected and empowered to actually enforce rules that help the community to function. Well, at least there are great views on the 12th floor.
