La Caracola "Cocina de mar" - 44130 Guadalajara

La comida es deliciosa!! Mi platillo favorito sin duda el taco de lonja y la entrada “kawai”. Es Petfriendly así que llevamos a nuestras perritas! Sin embargo el servicio es muy malo :( los meseros no escriben lo que pedimos entonces se confunden y se tardan años. Por otro lado, adentro del lugar hace un calor muuuy fuerte y no hay ventiladores ni aire por lo que se vuelve sofocante. También un area de mejora son los baños, estaban hechos un cochinero… A pesar de todo lo recomiendo porque la comida es deliciosa. Ojalá los demás aspectos mejoren para que les vaya muy bien.

Me encantó!!… la decoración, la música y desde luego la comida. No solo son mariscos (barra fría y barra caliente) también hay alternativas para quienes no son tan afectos a los mariscos. Es pet friendly. El consumo por persona es aproximadamente de 200-250 pesos. Como cortesía te dan frijoles con elotitos en lo que está listo tu platillo.

Excepcional comida de mar, simplemente delicioso; muy originales preparaciones muy alejadas por fortuna de los ya muy cansados aguachiles y acentos sinaloenses. Excelente calidad en sus alimentos y nada de sobre condimentación, todo justo en medidas y aliños, el precio también. El servicio es muy esmerado y amigable; nada de pretensiones ni presiones; lugar afortunadamente no apto para buchones, regreso con todo gusto a repasar la otra mitad de la carta que me faltó; felicidades muchachos!!! Imperdible la tostada de campachi y los tacos de salmón.

Really delicious food ! I will surely come back . It is more like a hipster place , with drinks and music . I find it a bit pricy . +pet friendly .

Only a handful of places deserve a 5-star rating and this is one of them. We walked in with no expectations looking for something quick to eat and walked out pleasantly surprised by the original way the chef prepare the dishes. This is truly one of those hole-in-the-wall places that's an absolute must for seafood lovers.

I cannot tell you how amazing this place is. I didn't know what to expect when I went in but when the food came out..and I took a bite, my mind was blown. My ex was a chef at a big restaurant, and the chef here reminded me of her- he was SO creative. Th presentation?? EXCELLENT. The flavour- AMAZING. He uses such creative ingredients, you know he is a person who loves to experiment and when the food comes.. you know he is a person who wants to give you and EXPERIENCE, not just plain food. I am from the coast and love seafood, I have eaten food across the world and still this was one of the best seafood journeys I've ever had. Thank you , truly.
