Carmela es un restaurante mexicano contemporáneo, ubicado en plaza Náutica el lugar cuenta con una de las vistas mas hermosas hacia la presa de Juriquilla, los atardeceres son únicos e indescriptibles.
El ambiente va desde música regional, pop, lounge, house y mixes de antología.
La cocina es mexicana con cortes de calidad certificados por Rancho 17.
La coctelería es clásica y va cargada de mucha esencia mexicana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia fue genial. El espacio es amplio, la limpieza impecable. En general se disfruta la brisa y tranquilidad de la presa. En cuanto al servicio, todos son muy amables, atentos y eficientes. Las bebidas se entregan con fluidez, la comida tarda ligeramente, pero el sabor es bastante bueno. No es un lugar común, así que vale la pena y la espera tampoco es demasiada.
Volvería, aunque tampoco me he cerrado aún a conocer el resto de los locales de la plaza.
 The experience was great. The space is spacious, the cleanliness is impeccable. In general, the breeze and tranquility of the dam are enjoyed. Regarding the service, they are all very friendly, attentive and efficient. Drinks are delivered fluently, food takes slightly, but taste is quite good. It is not a common place, so it is worth it and the wait is not too long.
I would go back, although I have not closed myself yet to know the rest of the places in the square.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar tiene solamente una cosa buena y es la vista al lago. Mal servicio, muuuy lento. Mala comida (Pollo reseco, ensalada insipida, pulpo sin chiste), y precios muy elevados para la calidad de la comida. Deja mucho que desear el lugar, ademas de que se percibe un olor a drenaje en las mesas junto al lago.
This place has only one good thing and that is the lake view. Bad service, very slow. Bad food (dry chicken, bland salad, no joke octopus), and very high prices for the quality of the food. The place leaves a lot to be desired, in addition to the smell of drainage on the tables by the lake.

-Even if they dont have half of the ingredients, they make you pay full price (Brownie with ice cream: they didnt have the ice cream but the price was the same)
-They really, really want their propina...;)

The do not open until 10 a.m.
Not polite enough yo bring you in for a coffee while you wait. Be arrived at 9:30 because their site in Google states they Open at 9am.
I counted at leasr 3 vehicles left with the same disapointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing this place has going for it is the view - which is shared by several other far better bars and restaurants at Plaza
Nautica.
Went with 2 friends late afternoon with the intention of having an early dinner and enjoying the view. The service was so bad, both in wait-time and attitude, that when we finally received our drinks, we just paid for them, walked down the hall to another far better restaurant and enjoyed superb service and the same great view.
Don’t know how they stay in business but I doubt it’s through repeat customers…

Ideal for: I'm very sorry, but it is difficult to recommend this restaurant. If you like the view and some beer, it is a must-go; otherwise it is not a great level of food.
Key Info: Excellent view, and nice beer.
Pros:
- Polite staff.
- Great views.
Cons:
- No prawns available, and 30% of their menus were based on that.
- The pasta offered to replaced the prawn was quite poor.
