A month ago I went to that place, I remember that I arrived shortly before opening time and had to wait even 15 minutes after opening hours to enter. We decided to wait without a problem because the place had caught our attention. At first we found it quiet and pleasant but nothing out of the ordinary. The bad thing started when they forced us to ask for a snack to accompany our beers. Despite this, without a problem, we decided to order the cheapest thing, which was some microwave popcorn for approximately $30.°° pesos. Although the music was pleasant, they raised it to a very noisy and unbearable level that prevented you from speaking without having to shout and they lowered it suddenly to raise it again. That was very annoying. The staff was always friendly, however, we noticed that they were too attentive, so much so that we even felt sorry for them. To thank the service we had decided to leave a tip because we had considered that it was good. However, when we asked for the bill, which I calculated would be approximately $181.°° pesos, the waiter arrived and told us that it was something like $210.°° pesos. Looking in detail, I realized that they were trying to forcefully charge us an alleged 15% tip that, when doing the real calculation, was actually approximately 16.30%. That bothered me a lot, so much so that I decided not to leave even the 10% that we had planned to leave. The truth is that the music becomes tedious, the beer was half at the time and the waiters are very attentive but they try to force you to pay a tip. He did not recommend the place. Better go to Beers & Burgers a few blocks from there.
