★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente, el lugar estaba solo y me presionaron para pagar rápido el costal de croquetas, les pregunté si tenían prisa y únicamente me respondieron si iba a querer las croquetas o no. Cabe mencionar que estaba en la caja buscando mi tarjeta para pagar, aunado a que cobran comisión por el cobro con tarjeta, cosa que ante Profeco no se debe hacer ya que la comisión del banco no debe pagarla el cliente, la paga el establecimiento. Ojalá pongan personal capacitado y educado, no a dos jovencitos atendiendo el celular y no a los clientes.

No tienen una gran variedad de todo pero si lo básico.
Lo que no entiendo es como siguen cobrando comisiones por uso de tarjeta. Eso es arcaico y ahuyenta a potenciales compradores.
Highly recommended to go buy what you need for your pet.
They don't have a great variety of everything but the basics.
What I do not understand is how they continue to charge commissions for card use. That's archaic and scares off potential buyers.
