Desde que llegamos se nos informó que la barbacoa se había gastado por lo que pedimos medio kilo de Carnitas diez minutos después nos dicen que no hay medio kilo. Llega la barbacoa, la pedimos y diez minutos después nos dicen que ya la habían pedido. Se agotan incluso las salsas y claramente no le dan prioridad a los clientes que comen en el restaurante. ¿Qué clase de servicio es ese? Pésimo. Nada recomendable. My rating is based more than anything on the service and the fact that I ate with my family at the facility. From the moment we arrived we were informed that the barbecue had worn out, so we asked for half a kilo of Carnitas ten minutes later they told us that there was not half a kilo. The barbecue arrives, we ask for it and ten minutes later they tell us that they had already ordered it. Even sauces are out of stock and clearly not prioritizing customers who eat at the restaurant. What kind of service is that? Appalling. Nothing recommendable.

Sure enough, when we got the receipt, we were charged for 3 quesadillas. No big deal, we’ll have an extra quesadilla we thought. But when we got home and opened the bag, there were only 2. We were also overcharged for gorditas, but that could have been a communication error.
