★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las bolsas muy bonitas, pero fue el día de hoy a comprar una mochila y un bolso de mano, la verdad es que no me fijé al salir pero dan un ticket con el cual te dicen que puedes cambiar dentro de 15 días por algún defecto y regresé en taxi a mi casa, llegando me di cuenta del raspón en la bolsa por lo que volví por la noche a cambiarla y ambas chicas contestaron muy mal al comentarles la situación, me dijeron de muy mala manera "nosotras no ponemos a exhibir bolsas en ese estado, no podemos recibir un productos así, solo si es error de cierre" y ni siquiera revisaron el ticket. Iba a comprar otras dos bolsas al ir a cambiar la del raspón pero con ese trato ya ni ganas.
The bags are very nice, but today I went to buy a backpack and a handbag, the truth is that I didn't notice when I left but they give a ticket with which they tell you that you can change it within 15 days due to some defect and I returned to my house by taxi, when I arrived I noticed the scratch on the bag so I went back at night to change it and both girls answered very badly when I commented on the situation, they told me in a very bad way "we don't put bags on display that state, we cannot receive such a product, only if it is a closing error" and they did not even review the ticket. I was going to buy two other bags when I went to change the one with the scratch but with that treatment I don't even want to.
