★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena experiencia con la familia, lugar cómodo, es fácil llegar tomando las calles principales de Puerto Escondido, todo estaba limpio, buen servicio y claro que regresaré cuando lo necesite. La alberca estaba limpia y bastante disfrutable.
Very good experience with the family, comfortable place, easy to get to taking the main streets of Puerto Escondido, everything was clean, good service and of course I will return when I need it. The pool was clean and quite enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad to say not a good experience. Pity as when arrived the house downstairs felt like an auntie's home...really liked it. The upstairs part is for events or socializing and has a very good Bluetooth speaker and hammocks. BUT sadly property not regularly maintained by the handyman. House had not been cleaned fully and the pool was murky upon arrival. The rubbish had not been collected for weeks outside. The gas cooker didn't work. The water ran out in the taps. After raising these issues with the manager by WhatsApp as the handyman didn'trespond, the latter grumpily addressed everything but didn't come again so I was left to maintain the pool and sweep garden. We went on to find a tarantula nest outside followed by a small scorpion and large cockroach inside upon which we negotiated an early departure and refund. We left with the pool crystal clear and everything working. Why not done before? Probably avoiding spending money on parts and services like pool pump agua potable and rubbish collection. Regular cleaning lady was lovely and upon our request did a great clean.
