Está bien que debe haber un reglamento pero ella exagera e instruye a sus empleados para tratar con dureza a los ancianos. Nos prohibió llevarle golosinas a mi hermana que se quejó por la comida con pocas porciones. Mi mamá (97 años) se cayó de su cama porque no tienen barandales y se abrió la ceja. Silvia nos dijo que sólo fué un rasguño de 3 puntadas. Pedimos a Silvia sacar a mi mamá y hermana por la herida de mi mamá y advirtió; pero tienen que pagar el mes. No Silvia, además del daño, quieres premio económico. Silvia se enojó tanto que nos lanzaron las pertenencias a la calle y eso no es una reacción profesional. Uno de los empleados difamó a mi hermana. Dijo que se bañaban juntas durante 40 minutos ella con otra residente, cuando el agua siempre está tibia. Dimos nuestra queja al corporativo y nunca contestaron nuestros comentarios. It is not a place as they describe it (hotel service). Silvia has imposed a military regime.
