Me llamaron del call center de México y me dieron un número de whats donde nunca me contestaron, en otro me dejaron en visto 2 veces, por face no contestan, al igual que por correo. Si así es la atención al cliente no quiero saber como atienden a los pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por experiencia propia, no los lleven ahí, al menos la ubicada en Veracruz, en vez de residentes, quieren tenerlos aislados, me vengo a enterar después de, que lo dejaban sin cenar, eso es no tener madre!!! La administradora toda una arpía, del calor infernal que se siente en toda la casa, mejor ni hablamos; hay que tener calidad humana, prudencia y empatia con los adultos mayores, les aseguro que me arrepiento!!
