★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lindo lugar, relajado, céntrico para hospedarse y poder visitar los alrededores, así como disfrutar de las actividades que ofrece Villa del carbón. Si gustan algún platillo el chef del lugar puede cocinarlo. Una sugerencia: los orificios para los enchufes del guardarropa están algo flojos, podrían mejorarlos. Fuera de ahí todo muy bien.
Very nice, relaxed, central place to stay and be able to visit the surroundings, as well as enjoy the activities that Villa del Carbon offers. If you like a dish, the local chef can cook it. One suggestion: the holes for the wardrobe plugs are a bit loose, they could be improved. Out of there all very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar. Acojedor. Pero quienes lo atienden aún deben trabajar mucho en su forma de expresarse y atender el espacio. Las camas muy cómodas. A pesar del frío de la ciudad, el lugar está muy cálido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atentos al cliente, instalaciones buenas, puedes desayunar, o comer ahí, en esta temporada hace frio en las habitaciones, buen punto dejar una cobija extra, cuenta con wifi, cable etc, no lo califiqué mejor por algo fundamental, no tiene estacionamiento, deje mi automóvil estacionado afuera del hotel y amaneció con un golpe en la cajuela, mala experiencia, la próxima vez tal vez pruebe en otro. Es buen lugar para descansar

Se le olvidó al encargado dejarnos shampoo jabón etc. Pero como nosotros siempre traemos todo no nos hizo falta y no lo solicitamos y aquel solo estuvimos una noche , sin embargo deben guardar atención a los detalles
Very good location. Very spacious simple room upon arrival notice the dining room chairs quite dusty but the room is clean. The manager forgot to leave us shampoo soap etc. But since we always bring everything we didn't need it and we didn't ask for it and that we only stayed one night, however they must pay attention to details
