★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lugar de veterinaria es peluquería. Si llevas a tu animalito de emergencia, siempre te dice que no puede atenderlo porque tiene muchos perros para bañar. Mejor que quiten el letrero de "Veterinaria" y lo dejen como "Spa". Entiendo que no puedan atenderte si no sacas cita, pero que prioricen un baño y no una urgencia me parece inadecuado para una veterinaria.
Después, la vet le pidió a su amiga que revisara a mi perrita. No supo que tenía y le inyectó un poco de todo. Le dejó una bola horrible y ahora mi perrita no puede caminar. La tuve que llevar con otro veterinario.
Estoy muy decepcionada de la atención.
Instead of a vet, it's a hairdresser. If you take your emergency animal, he always tells you that he can't take care of it because he has too many dogs to bathe. Better they remove the "Veterinary" sign and leave it as "Spa". I understand that they cannot attend to you if you do not make an appointment, but that they prioritize a bathroom and not an emergency seems inappropriate for a veterinarian.
Afterward, the vet asked her friend to check on my dog. He didn't know what he had and injected him with a little of everything. It left a horrible ball and now my dog can't walk. I had to take her to another vet.
I am very disappointed in the care.
