★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes “Tienda la Cantonesa”, construida en 1912, utilizada como bodega cafetalera por sus propietarios: el señor Mateo Chong Apan, (Finca cafetalera Victoria) y la señora Ines Ochoa, quienes procrearon a sus 7 hijos: (Las señoritas “Chones”) Angelina, Angelica y Sofia, Maximiliano, Pedro, Fernando y Vicente.
Posteriormente fue adquirida por el señor Alberto Chong y su esposa Natividad Meda. Sus hijos Higinio, Federico, Wenceslao, Marlene, Gamaliel y Valente.
Finalmente, en la propiedad pasó a manos de los señores Teófilo Ponce Estrada y su esposa Dolores Figueroa Morales, quienes la heredaron a su único hijo Teófilo Ponce Figueroa, actual propietario.
 Before "Tienda la Cantonesa", built in 1912, used as a coffee warehouse by its owners: Mr. Mateo Chong Apan, (Victoria coffee farm) and Mrs. Ines Ochoa, who procreated their 7 children: (The ladies "Chones") Angelina, Angelica and Sofia, Maximiliano, Pedro, Fernando and Vicente.
Later it was acquired by Mr. Alberto Chong and his wife Natividad Meda. His children Higinio, Federico, Wenceslao, Marlene, Gamaliel and Valente.
Finally, the property passed into the hands of Messrs. Teófilo Ponce Estrada and his wife Dolores Figueroa Morales, who inherited it to their only son Teófilo Ponce Figueroa, current owner.
