Desde nuestra llegada muy amables el personal, nos mostraron las instalaciones del hotel, una hermosa casona acondicionada, acogedora, habitación confortable, su restaurante con platillos típicos de la region de excelente sabor; ademas un variado desayuno buffet de cortesía. Muy bien ubicado, a tres cuadras de la plaza principal. Disfrutamos nuestra estancia, esperamos volver nuevamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está lindo y el servicio amable, sin embargo tardan en servir y no está bueno en sabor al menos lo que yo pedí estaba Deco el pollo y las porciones son muy pequeñas.
 The place is nice and the service friendly, however they take time to serve and it is not good in taste at least what I ordered was Deco the chicken and the portions are very small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones me parecieron muy bonitas y limpias, en excelente estado . Sin embargo, el restaurante dejó mucho qué desear. En la primera ocasión asistí a comer y solo había un mesero, que es insuficiente por lo cual la recepcionista tuvo que ayudarle. La segunda ocasión acudí a desayunar, pedí unos hot cakes, mencionaba la carta que incluían fruta de la temporada, sin embargo al servirlos, solo eran dos simples hot cakes con mantequilla. Le pedí al mesero miel, en tres ocasiones, 15 minutos después me la llevo. También le pregunté sobre la fruta qué sé mencionaba en la carta y se llevó mi plato para agregarle dos fresas. El sabor es bueno, pero me parece que necesitan más personal, y mejorar el trato al cliente.
I found the facilities very nice and clean, in excellent condition. However, the restaurant left a lot to be desired. On the first occasion I attended to eat and there was only one waiter, which is insufficient for which the receptionist had to help him. The second time I went for breakfast, I ordered some pancakes, the menu mentioned that they included seasonal fruit, however when serving them, they were only two simple pancakes with butter. I asked the waiter for honey, three times, 15 minutes later I take it away. I also asked him about the fruit what was mentioned in the menu and he took my plate to add two strawberries. The taste is good, but I think they need more staff, and improve customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi marido fue a preguntar por caldo de pollo ya que esta en la carta y le dijeron que nunca han vendido y hasta dijeron palabras un poco mal impuestas si esta en el menú respeten el menú si no mejor ni lo pongan. Gracias
My husband went to ask for chicken broth since it is on the menu and they told him that they have never sold and they even said words a little badly imposed if it is on the menu, respect the menu if not better or put it. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es fiel historia del pueblo: elegante y con tradición...sin embargo el restaurante no les representa: en pocas palabras mala comida y de alto costo... la calidad de su personal vale mucho la pena... el comentario va a mejorar su servicio de restaurante... y con gusto regresaría...por cierto he visitado el lugar 3 veces y la experiencia igual.
The place is faithful to the history of the town: elegant and with tradition ... however the restaurant does not represent them: in short, bad food and high cost ... the quality of its staff is well worth it ... the comment goes to improve their restaurant service ... and I would gladly return ... by the way I have visited the place 3 times and the experience is the same.
