Climatisation seulement à partir de 18h30 et qui s’est arrêtée en plein milieu de la nuit, ventilateurs et lavabos rouillés, connexion internet très mauvaise... Bref, très peu de confort pour un prix excessif.

Daa hotel ist sehr schön allerdings habe ich einen wertgegegenstand vergessen mit allen wichtigen Papieren. Wir waren dabei leider schon im neuen hotel das mehrere Stunden entfernt lag. Als ich die Telefonnr wählte und der Frau meine Geschichte schilderte kümmerte sie sich sofort darum. Nach uns war keiner mehr im Zimmer ausser die putzfrau. Sie fanden also meine Sachen nicht. Als beweis sendete sie mir Bilder zu von dem Platz an den ich die Sachen liegen gelassen hatte und auf dem Bildern befand sich eben nichts!Wir waren schon auf den Weg und ich war einfach nur fertig da mein ganzes Geld und meine Papiere da lagen. Als ich dann meinte das ich die Polizei um Hilfe bitten möchte, war die Dame alles andere als freundlich! Die meinte das ich sie und die anderen Angestellten als kriminelle darstelle und sie für mich ihre Pause aufgeopfert hätte {ich habe lediglich die Nr gewählt die für das hotel im Internet angegeben war} und das die sich so nicht hinstellen lassen würde. Dann letztendlich war alles aufeinmal wieder da {ich denke nach dem ich das mit der Polizei angesprochen hatte } .Mir ist bewusst das es mein Versehen war die Sachen liegen zu lassen aber dann so angepampt zu werden ist mega unprofessionell und ich habe mich richtig verarscht gefühlt

Hospedagem ótima. Como nao tem cafe, os quartos sao equipados com uma cozinha completa. Tem uma pequena piscina, aluguel de bike e parceira com dois otimos bech clubs na frente da pausada. Recomendo.

Un lugar especial una casa super amplia con 2 habitaciones cocina dos baños. Y aparte tiene dos Lofts independientes con camas king baño propio cocina. A/C alberca. .a 100 metros de las playas más impresionante. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Overall, the location and price of my stay here was nice, despite some other lacking amenities. I chose this place partly because of the kitchenette but the gas burner was not hooked up to gas (which was remedied a couple days in) and no means to make coffee were supplied such as a french press or other non-electricity means. Only a couple small pots to use, no pans. The power went out in our building frequently. Linens were stained and spotted and a definite musty smell in the room was apparent. The bicycles for use had half-inflated tires and no grips on the handle bars, just a steel bar. Also, this place is not marked from the street and we had great difficulty finding it and someone present on the property to check us in when we arrived.

My stay here was absolutely amazing! I booked through airbnb but waited too long to make a review and wanted to follow up here. The amenities were great, location is perfect, beach club partnerships were very much appreciated, the property manager, Martin, was simply amazing and so friendly - he helped me book my scooter, gave very great recommendations for local cenotes and places to eat. If you're looking at Casa Mia, don't hesitate - book it! I would highly recommend them for your trip to Tulum :)

PLEASE DON’T GO THERE, IT’S A TOTAL SCAM! This is by far the worst and the most expensive accommodation we stayed at in Mexico. - When we arrived, we were shocked to see that the room looks NOTHING like the pictures. The room was dirty and smelly and overall just gross. The outside furniture was just completely different than on the pictures and looked shabby. - There were stains everywhere: on the sheets, curtains, the bath towels and the beach towels. It was absolutely disgusting. The towels felt grubby, too. When we asked for new towels, they told us they don’t get fresh laundry everyday and that they don’t have spare towels. Mind you, this is an accommodation that charges you more than USD $200 per night. - The room smelt really bad. They told us it’s because of some plants outside but it smelled just musty all the time. I’m sure it came from the room itself because I had to wash all the clothes I was wearing in Tulum afterwards because they took on that moldy smell. - The surroundings of this accommodation are…not great. The “pool” is just a small puddle. There is no natural light inside the room. There are many restaurants and bars nearby that play loud music at night so it’s pretty noisy. We confronted the concierge guy as well as the owner of the building with our complaints and they were just argumentative and did nothing to make our stay better. Someone was sent to “clean” again but it honestly looked worse afterwards as this person had stepped on our bathmat with his/her dirty shoes (you could see the footprint). Again, this accommodation has the audacity to charge you more than $200 dollars a night. This honestly might be the worst room I have ever stayed in…especially considering the price. Please don’t go there, please don’t spend any money on these scammers. EDIT: The owner's response is a lie. No, the room wasn't clean and everyone can see the photos I posted as proof, so I don't know how you can even claim that it was clean. Also, we didn't want a full refund, we asked for a PARTIAL refund because, again, the rooms look nothing like the pictures online. And we didn't ask after we spent 3 nights there, we asked the first night when we arrived if the room could be cleaned properly and when you couldn't do it, we asked for a partial refund on the second day. Of course our booking was refundable, I don't even know what you're talking about. However, it was refundable some days before arrival (as all hotel bookings are?!) and we couldn't have known that the room was dirty before even arriving so how could we have canceled the reservation? And the smell didn't come from the mangroves it came from not cleaning properly. So please stop lying and scamming people :)
