Le da un toque muy especial el hecho de que sea en un banco y ponernos el disfraz.
This experience exceeded my expectations and was worth the wait to get in.
The fact that it is on a bench and we put on the costume gives it a very special touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena experiencia! Le doy 4 estrellas porque tenía una expectativa más alta. Es totalmente participativa, haces las tareas que se asignan en grupo y es un poco divertido. No haré spoilers pero solo digo que le faltó acción, le falta audio de explosiones y disparos para mantener la tensión en las personas que participan, que siempre estén atentas y un poco nerviosas. Tambien ser menos predecible y tener más el efecto sorpresa. Y que a menos regalen una botellita de agua al final xD ya que el bar de celebración es costoso. Me pareció excelente el lugar que escogieron para el evento, tambien esta muy bien la iluminación y decoración temática de La Casa de Papel.
Very good experience! I give it 4 stars because I had a higher expectation. It is totally participative, you do the tasks that are assigned in a group and it is a bit fun. I won't do spoilers but I'm just saying that it lacked action, it lacks audio of explosions and shots to keep the tension in the people involved, who are always attentive and a little nervous. Also be less predictable and have more of a surprise effect. And unless they give away a bottle of water at the end xD since the celebration bar is expensive. I thought the place they chose for the event was excellent, the lighting and theme decoration of La Casa de Papel is also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extraordinaria, emociante desde el principio, te adentra a la serie por la gran actuación de los actores y el escenario. yo diría no se lo pierdan si vuelve. y si es el mismo lugar se siente seguro , hay estacionamiento de 24 hrs cerca y el personal es muy eficiente y amable. y no olvides tomarte una bebida al final en el bar, recomiendo Denver, y muchas fotos. ve cómodo porque te mueves por más de 1 hora.
Extraordinary, exciting from the beginning, it takes you into the series due to the great performance of the actors and the stage. I would say don't miss it if you come back. and if it is the same place you feel safe, there is 24 hour parking nearby and the staff is very efficient and friendly. and don't forget to have a drink at the end at the bar, I recommend Denver, and lots of photos. go comfortable because you move for more than 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST experience ever. Please do not waste your time on this the way my partner and I did. They told us to arrive at the location at 20 minutes prior to the start time. We arrived at 3:30pm for our 4pm time slot. At 4pm, the doors finally opened and they told us to come back at 5pm. We came back at 5pm and they told us to come back at 5:30pm. We returned at 5:30pm to find a crowd swarmed around the doors, everyone being upset that they were still not allowing entrance. At 5:45pm, we were allowed inside to go through temperature checks and security. We waited another 15 minutes before they took us upstairs and sat us inside an empty auditorium. At 6:30pm, we had been sitting in the auditorium for 30 minutes still waiting for the experience to begin. At this point, after almost 3 hours of delay we were ready to leave and demand a refund. After several patrons complained, they finally started the show at 6:45. This experience is not worth the headache you have to go through with the unorganized procedures and staff. Please spend your time elsewhere, as Mexico City has much better things to offer than this horrendous experience.
