★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here because of a recommendation. It was super crowded when I arrived so I had to wait approximately 30 mins to get a table. Then I had to wait again to get a menu and again to order. The waiters where doing the best they could but it seemed that they were missing 2 at least.
Food was tasty but nothing amazing, flavored water was super sweet, I had to ask for a water bottle so I could fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this local gem with my husband and it was delicious! Service was great and the price was right. Full of everyday patrons and loaded with authentic dishes.
We opted to order a few appetizers which proved to be a win. The chalupitas were light, flavorful, and offered great variety with the red and green salsa. We also tried the chicharron con guacamole (a squeeze of lime seals the deal), tlacoyos (if you’re into cactus, cheese, and chicharron bits), and quesadilla (conchinita and Tinga are the way to go!). Overall, great experience and great food. I’d go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and so friendly! I was curious about the different moles so they brought me a sample of each with tortillas to test them. The owner was also super warm and welcoming, told me about his story and shared the history of the different dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was delicious but the waiter got our order wrong (it was still delicious). The restaurant has a strange tipping policy, you can only leave tips in cash event of you pay by card. I paid in cash so I could get change for the tip but they wouldn’t want to give me smaller bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Pretty good Chiles en nogada (349 pesos- I was not able to order the medio for 209) here. This will be my go-to place for that. I don’t recommend the margarita- it was 100 pesos for such a small glass. Service was good. Quite a long wait to get in even at 3pm on a Tuesday.
