★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No muy bueno. El sabor es aceptable, pero ya van dos ocasiones en las que les falta cocción al chamorro. No esta crudo, pero pues los ligamentos y demás fibras no terminan de cocerse para tener una carne ? correctamente cocida. Estar batallando para desebrar la carne indudablemente es signo de falta de cocción en un chamorro, donde quiera que lo comas.
Ppr otro lado el servicio es muy amable y muy atento, eso sin duda.
Lo dejo a su consideración y suerte.
Not very good. The taste is acceptable, but there have been two occasions in which the chamorro has not been cooked. It is not raw, but the ligaments and other fibers do not finish cooking to have a properly cooked meat ?. Struggling to debrain the meat is undoubtedly a sign of undercooking in a chamorro, wherever you eat it.
On the other hand, the service is very friendly and very attentive, that's for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pareció que las salsas y las guarniciones ( cebolla,limones y chiles) estaban rezagados del día, es decir no estaban frescos y expuestos todo el día sin protección sanitaria, el consomé rezagado de un día anterior y la parrillada demasiado salada,la chelada mal preparada,el sabor raro. El lugar triste y poco iluminado. La atención excelente, los platillos calientes pero poco sabrosos. Los precios accesibles.
