★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente de la señorita en caja(no es la primera vez), fuí a reparar una simple ponchadura de llanta y tienes que estar al pendiente que no le falten piezas a tu bicicleta, a las pocas horas y sin utilizar la bicicleta ya estaba ponchada la cámara de nuevo, era nueva la cámara (ahí la compré), pésimo servicio, cero recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre una bicicleta con ustedes y quiero decirles que de principio a fin (a excepción de cuando puse el efectivo en las manos de la señora que atiende en la sucursal las marinas) fueron malos modos; desafortunadamente tuve que regresar por garantía y en esta ocasión la experiencia fue peor hasta fui desconocido por la señora encargada, finalmente el asunto fue resuelto a medias con una refacción de diferente marca. Muy alejado el trato de los buenos propósitos mencionados al pie de la información del administrador de esta pagina. Espero y mis comentarios les sirva de algo la mayoría de los clientes solo no regresan.
