About La Casa del Jardin Yoga
La Casa del Jardín fue creada por Cynthia Shanti y Alfredo Amitabha, con el deseo y la visión de abrir las puertas de nuestro jardín a todo tipo de actividades que ayuden al crecimiento físico, mental y espiritual de las personas. Ambos hemos practicado una vida yóguica por más de 20 años y queremos compartir este tipo de vida con los demas.
Mucha gente que ha visitado nuestro espacio han expresado sentir una buena vibra, paz y armonía. Desde que obtuvimos nuestra casa, uno de los principales objetivos fue mantener y proteger el jardín, como un espacio sagrado. Tener un hogar con un jardin en el centro de Vallarta se ha vuelto algo muy raro debido a tanta construccion, le llamamos “La Casa del Jardín” para honrar nuestro espacio verde. Cuando respetas a la madre tierra, la misma naturaleza te responde, creando para ti una vibración bonita llena de armonía y amor. Ese es el secreto de La Casa del Jardin.
