The telephone service is AWFUL, if you want to dial to ask something it is 100% sure that they hang up on you so as not to attend to you. I hope the branch service is VERY different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO REGRESAN EFECTIVO, me ofrecieron unos focos leds para mi carro, y cuando los compré estos no funcionaron correctamente, me dicen que me los pueden cambiar por unos de menor calidad pero que igual no iban a funcionar a menos que instalaran unas resistencias, que claro es a costo adicional y que claro que no dijeron que esto podia pasar. Al igual que tampoco dijeron que no podias regresar los focos. Cuidado, mejor compren OTRA tienda que de garantía conforme a la ley.
Por mientras PROFECO se encargara del resto.
