Fui, la cita con el optometrista bien.
Me piden ir por mis lentes un día específico y me dieron unos lentes sin una de las micas.
Me piden paciencia, les doy chance, regreso y me dan unos lentes con una de las micas rayada.
No hay profesionalismo, para nada. No entienden que venden artículos de salud y que no pueden estar jugando con la salud de sus consumidores.
Ojalá pueda pudiera ponerles menos de una estrella, porque todo el servicio fue súper carente de profesionalismo y calidad. Vayan a otra óptica por favor, no pierdan tiempo y dinero.
AWFUL SERVICE IS LITTLE.
I went, the appointment with the optometrist was fine.
They ask me to pick up my glasses on a specific day and they gave me some glasses without one of the lenses.
They ask me for patience, I give them a chance, I come back and they give me some glasses with one of the lenses scratched.
There is no professionalism at all. They do not understand that they sell health items and that they cannot be playing with the health of their consumers.
I wish I could give them less than one star, because the entire service was super lacking in professionalism and quality. Please go to another optician, don't waste time and money.

La persona que tienen en recepción es nefasta por decir poco.
Eran 7:20pm y les urgía cerrar, cuando supuestamente el horario para cerrar es 8:00pm. Salió el supuesto "optometrista" e igual.
Aparte todo lo que tienen se ve de la peor calidad, NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO EN IR A ESTÉ LUGAR.

The person they have at reception is disastrous to say the least.
It was 7:20 pm and they urgently needed to close, when supposedly the time to close is 8:00 pm. The supposed "optometrist" came out and the same.
Besides everything they have looks of the worst quality, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE.
