Outside it has a very small entrance, as soon as you enter you are surprised, there are many very beautiful and well-kept plants It is very spacious and occupies two patios, it has children's games and there are tables with privacy, beautiful decoration and it is a very pleasant and quiet place, it has a great variety of dishes, very good service from the staff, but... I found it expensive and the food does not taste good, they do not have good seasoning, what a disappointment.

Great local food. Beautiful garden and friendly staff. Highly recommended to get out of the busy center.

Open on weekends only, I come here only for the mixiote. On my last visit they did not have any premium beer, just the sponsored nasty Indio beer (if you try it you'll know what I'm talking about) I guess the owner is ok with his family kids running and screaming around the dining area. I hope it was an isolated incident. The staff is polite but need some refocusing on their job. Anyway, get the Mixiote with a side of consomé (broth) and fresh hand made tortillas great taste and price. Paid Parking lot is right in front of the restaurant in the Zócalo. A couple of blocks away you'll find the tourist train station. Don't miss this local iconic dish.

The atmosphere here was beautiful inside and out, and they had a live entertainer playing the harp. We gave him $30 MXN, and he played a couple songs right next to our table. The cemita was delicious -- one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I'd recommend coming here if your looking for a place to eat in this area.

Its a nice decorated restaurant, but they have no variety even though their menu said so. Asked for a soda (fanta or mirinda) they didnt have it asked for sprite didn't have it, only coca cola. My husband asked for a beer also no variety only xx lager. My brother asked for water they didnt have it. Second problem is that although is a well stablished restaurant they only accept cash, no cards and of course they dont give your bill (factura). Which is odd due to the fact that any stablished restaurant in mexico should be able to give it to you, cause its the law. The mixiotes were ok, they werent the best I've ever tried but had good flavour. Service was fast but rude. My husband and I got food poisoning after eating here but my brother was alright. So we don't know
