Pidan nota por qué no dan y la nota al menos es un respaldo para ir a Profeco o la garantía.
Guarden capturas de pantalla al momento del contacto.
Fueron lo únicos que encontré a domicilio (por la pandemia) pero tendré que reemplazar nuevamente por la mala calidad de su producto.
Las bases son muy bajas e incómodas para la limpieza y hacer la cama.
La madera es reciclada, de pésima calidad con bastantes nudos, mal lijada, te llegan aún oliendo a esmalte que dura mínimo dos semanas el olorcito.
Aún las forradas están mal echas.
Te toman los datos para garantía pero nunca llegan para reparar lo que se rompió.
Las tablas del tambor son delgadas y se rompen con bastante facilidad.
Te cobran por subirlas para que lo tengas en cuenta.
Los que entregan pésimos.
Te bloquean después por exigir la garantía.
