Llevo más de dos meses esperando, dicen hacer el reembolso y no sucede.
Borran mis comentarios y no contestan los mensajes. Al final terminan bloqueandolo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 2 meses esperando la reparación o reembolso de un mueble de aproximadamente 3 mil pesos. No dejan de darme largas, a parte de hacer la instalación a las 9:00pm y terminar a la media noche, los acabados son de principiantes.
Puertas mal cuadradas, vidrios mal terminados, AGUJEROS en partes traseras del mueble, manijas torcidas y agujeros de "tanteo" entre otras cosas.
El dueño está haciendo caso omiso de mis comentarios y/o quejas.
Pésimo servicio.
I have been waiting for the repair or reimbursement of a piece of furniture of approximately 3 thousand pesos for more than 2 months. They do not stop giving me long, apart from doing the installation at 9:00 pm and finishing at midnight, the finishes are beginners.
Squared doors, poorly finished glass, HOLES on the back of the furniture, crooked handles and holes of "score" among other things.
The owner is ignoring my comments and / or complaints.
Terrible service.
