Me hicieron dar varias vueltas (según para entregarme un reemplazo de mi reloj y no lo hicieron). Recomiendo a los clientes evitar este lugar, no obstante si acuden y reciben un servicio similar al que recibí, les sugiero poner una inconformidad ante la PROFECO y/o demandar. Terrible service, attention and unprofessional. They lost my watch, they promised to replace my watch with another, and they didn't. They made me go around several times (depending on to give me a replacement for my watch and they didn't). I recommend that clients avoid this place, however if they come and receive a service similar to the one I received, I suggest they file a complaint with PROFECO and / or sue.

G	Gloria Labastida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En verdad creo que el señor es muy buen joyero y relojero mucho más que otros que piensan que pueden hacer su trabajo, tener la paciencia que el tenía en verdad creo que este negocio es muy útil, yo estoy muy satisfecha con el trabajo que El SEÑOR LABASTIDA hizo por mi y creo que las personas que an llevado su rejol o cualquier otra cosa a este negocio deven estar agradecida por el esfuerzo que hizo esta persona por hacerlo,. Este negocio es el único que es profesional en sonora aunque uno de sus trabajadores no es bueno, el señor siempre enfrentó los problemas jamás se escondió de un trabajo mal echo, reconozco que hay trabajos que no tuvieron un buen servicio pero yo me imagino que el señor no los reparo debió aver sido alguien más... Pero bueno... Espero que con esta respuesta sea más que suficiente para que las personas que trabajan en esto se den una simple idea de que estos negocios no ganan solamente de " Cambiando pilas y extensibles " . Terrible service, they never answer calls and I've been twice between 12 and 1 pm and it's closed when it says open on the page, too bad.
