★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad PESIMO SERVICIO, atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor o ellos fueran a pagar, además cero tacto con el servicio al cliente, no lo recomiendo, ni volvería a rentar ahí.
Si no les gusta el trabajo que hacen o el servicio al cliente, mejor trabajen en otra cosa ;)
The truth is AWFUL SERVICE, they serve as if they were doing you a favor or they were going to pay, also zero tact with customer service, I do not recommend it, nor would I rent there again.
If you don't like the work they do or the customer service, better work on something else ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención y muy buenas prendas. Excelente reacción de servicio, en mi caso hubo una confusión en una de las prendas y lo resolvieron muy satisfactoriamente el mismo día del evento. En esa parte fueron mucho mejor de lo que habría esperado.
Very good service and very good clothes. Excellent service reaction, in my case there was a confusion in one of the garments and they solved it very satisfactorily the same day of the event. In that part they were much better than I would have expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia, rentamos dos personas, al revisar una de las camisas estaba rota del cuello, además de que cuando nos midieron el cielo de la camisa nos dio una talla más grande de la que somos, al probarnos la un día antes del evento aparte de que estaba rota nos quedaban grandes, fui a reclamar y no querían cambiarla por una talla más chica. Respecto al saco del Smoking al ponérnoslo a los dos nos quedó demasiado corto de las mangas y a mi amigo en lugar de darle el 44 que era su talla la cual fue la que se probó, le dieron un 40. Al entregarlo les reclame todos los problemas y nos midieron de nuevo y aceptaron que se habían equivocado en las medidas del largo de las mangas y en la talla. Su respuesta fue no te puedo bonificar nada, solo darte un descuento para tu próxima renta. Obvio jamás regresaría ahí.
The worst experience, we rented two people, when checking one of the shirts the neck was broken, in addition to that when they measured the sky of the shirt it gave us a larger size than we are, when we tried the one day before the event apart That it was broken we were too big, I went to complain and they didn't want to change it for a smaller size. Regarding the Tuxedo jacket, when we put it on, it was too short in the sleeves and my friend instead of giving him the 44 which was his size which was the one that was tried on, they gave him a 40. Upon handing it in, I claimed all the problems. and they measured us again and accepted that they had made a mistake in the measurements of the length of the sleeves and in the size. His answer was I can't give you a bonus, just give you a discount for your next rental. Obviously I would never go back there.
