★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues no tuve el tiempo de explorarlo bien pero el servicio fue bueno, contaba con todo lo necesario de una habitación agua caliente, televisión por cable, refrigerador, aire acondicionado, aparte que las vistas eran muy buenas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos una reservación de dos habitaciones con 4 meses de anticipación y se dio el pago de la primera noche por adelantado el día que llegamos nos dieron nuestra habitación todo muy bien ( solo no había agua caliente) la siguiente habitación la recibíamos el día siguiente ya que mi hermana llegaba un día mas tarde y nos dijeron cual habitación nos hiban a dar. Era al lado de la nuestra. Al siguiente día cuando le entregaron su habitación era otra no era la que nos habían dicho era una habitación en la planta baja olía mal, colchones deplorables, no había agua,tuvimos que avisar y echaron el agua , la regadera no salia casi agua, vidrio de la puerta roto se podría abrir aunque cerrara por dentro. Y lo peor es que cuando reclamamos nos dijeron es lo que tengo por que llego una excursión y necesitaban otra habitación y les tuve que dar la de su hermana por que prefiero regresar le su dinero a usted que echarme a la excursión encima. Eran las 10 de la noche traíamos 5 niños a donde nos movíamos a esas horas si no conocíamos el lugar, pero el señor se le hacia mas fácil devolvernos el dinero y que buscáramos otro hotel y pues le dijimos que no que no podíamos movernos por que los niños ya venían muy agotados, así que lo único que paso fue que nos retuvieron un poco el precio de esa habitación y nos tuvimos que quedar. Por tal motivo quede muy decepcionada de ese lugar no lo recomiendo ya que ellos no cumplen y esta en muy malas condiciones el lugar.

It was next to ours. The next day when they delivered their room was another was not what we were told was a room on the ground floor smelled bad, deplorable mattresses, no water, we had to warn and threw the water, the shower did not come almost water, glass The broken door could open if it closed inside. And the worst thing is that when we complained they told us what I got because I had an excursion and they needed another room and I had to give them that of their sister because I prefer to return their money to you than to go on the trip. It was 10 o'clock at night we brought 5 children to where we were moving at that time if we did not know the place, but the gentleman it was easier to return the money and to look for another hotel and we told him that we could not move because the children were already very exhausted, so the only thing that happened was that we were retained a little the price of that room and we had to stay. For that reason I am very disappointed of that place I do not recommend it since they do not comply and the place is in very bad conditions.
