Nos despiertan a las 5am para decirnos que nos habían robado las 4 llantas de la camioneta. Cuando preguntamos por el velador... Pues que no había. Cuando pedimos los videos de las cámaras... Pues que no sirven. ?? No se hicieron responsables de absolutamente nada. A veces pienso que ellos mismos fueron. ?? No lo recomiendo para nada. El día 1 de enero 2022 reservamos, al llegar una mujer con una actitud pésima dijo que no podían respetarla que había sido un error a pesar de que teníamos número de confirmación. La mujer se portó muy prepotente y dijo que llamaría a la policía si no nos íbamos porque comenzamos a reclamar la reservación. Lo único que hizo fue meterse y dejarnos hablando solos. Eviten este lugar y hacer corajes. The attention of the staff is extremely lousy.
