La Casa del Waffle inició por el gusto de desayunar fuera de casa y probar distintos conceptos. Mientras nuestros fundadores desayunaban, analizaban fortalezas y debilidades, visualizando el restaurante de sus sueños: un lugar único y diferente de lo que existía en la Industria Restaurantera.
Apostando todo su patrimonio, busca entre las recetas de auténticos Waffles Belgas y platillos complementarios. Desarrollaron un concepto especializado en Waffles, Desayunos y servicios de Calidad. Así es como en 1997 abre sus puertas La casa del Waffle Ajijic, la cual desde el inicio rebasa las expectativas de sus fundadores. En 1998 repiten el éxito con La Casa del Waffle Chapalita y en el año 2000 con La Casa del Waffle Providencia, superando en dimensiones a sucursales anteriores.
Hoy en día cuenta con 13 sucursales, gozando de su reconocimiento y prestigio, siendo una opción rentable en franquicias a lo largo y ancho del país.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great relaxed atmosphere. Super kid friendly with lots of options for them. I was not a fan of the American coffee as I prefer it to be much stronger, but I'm sure others will like it. The waffles arcoiris (rainbow) was a hit with the kids with a side of fresh strawberries. I truly enjoyed the Chilaquiles en Chipotle sauce, they are slightly on the spicery side of your not used to spicy food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is premium. We tasted many dish and everything is perfect, the papa hasbrowns are magical. Just everything tastes great in general, the waffles, the chilaquiles, the eggs, etc... Just avoid the American style sausages for now, you would expect them being soft with juice exploding out as you would bite them but unfortunately they are hard and dry. I still give them 5 stars since everything is so perfect and everyone is allowed an imperfection... also I hope they read my post and change the sausages next time the owner orders a batch and maybe try a new supplier :)
