La Casa del Waffle inició por el gusto de desayunar fuera de casa y probar distintos conceptos. Mientras nuestros fundadores desayunaban, analizaban fortalezas y debilidades, visualizando el restaurante de sus sueños: un lugar único y diferente de lo que existía en la Industria Restaurantera.
Apostando todo su patrimonio, busca entre las recetas de auténticos Waffles Belgas y platillos complementarios. Desarrollaron un concepto especializado en Waffles, Desayunos y servicios de Calidad. Así es como en 1997 abre sus puertas La casa del Waffle Ajijic, la cual desde el inicio rebasa las expectativas de sus fundadores. En 1998 repiten el éxito con La Casa del Waffle Chapalita y en el año 2000 con La Casa del Waffle Providencia, superando en dimensiones a sucursales anteriores.
Hoy en día cuenta con 13 sucursales, gozando de su reconocimiento y prestigio, siendo una opción rentable en franquicias a lo largo y ancho del país.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is super clean and service is great at the beginning but the food is gross, its either bland or its awful. We had the waffle sandwich belga & the hot cake sandwich regular. They use way too much mayo and the hash browns were not cooked all the way through. It's also expensive and honestly anyone thinking of eating here is better off at the mercado. Best part about the food was the cafe Americano and the bottled water. There was a beard hair in the waffle and when we told the waitress she took the plate and never came back. They brought the check right after. It was disappointing.
