La Casa del Waffle inició por el gusto de desayunar fuera de casa y probar distintos conceptos. Mientras nuestros fundadores desayunaban, analizaban fortalezas y debilidades, visualizando el restaurante de sus sueños: un lugar único y diferente de lo que existía en la Industria Restaurantera.
Apostando todo su patrimonio, busca entre las recetas de auténticos Waffles Belgas y platillos complementarios. Desarrollaron un concepto especializado en Waffles, Desayunos y servicios de Calidad. Así es como en 1997 abre sus puertas La casa del Waffle Ajijic, la cual desde el inicio rebasa las expectativas de sus fundadores. En 1998 repiten el éxito con La Casa del Waffle Chapalita y en el año 2000 con La Casa del Waffle Providencia, superando en dimensiones a sucursales anteriores.
Hoy en día cuenta con 13 sucursales, gozando de su reconocimiento y prestigio, siendo una opción rentable en franquicias a lo largo y ancho del país.

There seem to have been a change we were there about 3 weeks ago and service was really bad n when I question the manager why, he told us we were wrong that service was good. We have been going there for about 4 year but it will be awhile before we go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had breakfast, we had the enchiladas mexicanas and crepas del pollo. Was pretty average ?. Portions were good, but too salty. Ordered chicken with onions and peppers, food arrived without them. Maybe there waffles are better...I need to decide if I want to come back to try them.
