La Casa del Waffle inició por el gusto de desayunar fuera de casa y probar distintos conceptos. Mientras nuestros fundadores desayunaban, analizaban fortalezas y debilidades, visualizando el restaurante de sus sueños: un lugar único y diferente de lo que existía en la Industria Restaurantera.
Apostando todo su patrimonio, busca entre las recetas de auténticos Waffles Belgas y platillos complementarios. Desarrollaron un concepto especializado en Waffles, Desayunos y servicios de Calidad. Así es como en 1997 abre sus puertas La casa del Waffle Ajijic, la cual desde el inicio rebasa las expectativas de sus fundadores. En 1998 repiten el éxito con La Casa del Waffle Chapalita y en el año 2000 con La Casa del Waffle Providencia, superando en dimensiones a sucursales anteriores.
Hoy en día cuenta con 13 sucursales, gozando de su reconocimiento y prestigio, siendo una opción rentable en franquicias a lo largo y ancho del país.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time at this location. It's been years since my last visit to Casa Del Waffle. Great service and the food was delicious. I ordered the large waffle sandwich (misnomer) that included one original waffle, 2 eggs, hashbrowns and I chose bacon from the 3 options. It would have been better had the coffee and/or juice been included.

Wait time is around 1 hour but isn't because many customers come but because management is weak

Their great menu covers from different types of waffles and hot cakes, to a more extended options of Mexican traditional dishes, such as enfrijoladas , enchiladas, and egg- chilorio burrito. There is an area for children with supervison. Highly recommended, please notice that on weekends you may need to wait to be seated, so take your time. Valet parking service available. Prices are a little high but worth it, great food big portions, good service.
