Pero pienso que deberían de poner el verdadero horario en el q cierran en la ubicación dicen que cierran a las 8 pm cuando en realidad cierran a las 7.30pm...

The cakes good but not worth it for the service they have ... If you don't speak loudly they treat you as if you were asking them for a gift they should train or change their staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez peor. La atención un 8 de 10. Lo que no se entiende es para qué abren tan temprano (hoy fui a eso de las 10 de la mañana), si no tienen producto? El pastel me dijeron que lo llevarían entre 12:30 y 1:00 pm. y ya no tienen sistema de apartado, no me permitieron apartar para solo ir a recogerlo (en el horario que llegaría), teniendo que formarnos, olvidando que estamos en tiempos de pandemia. Mal servicio.
Every time worse. Attention is 8 out of 10. What is not understood is why they open so early (today I went at around 10 in the morning), if they don't have product? They told me the cake would be delivered between 12:30 and 1:00 pm. And they no longer have a check-out system, they didn't allow me to check-out just to pick it up (at the time that it would arrive), having to train, forgetting that we are in times of a pandemic. Bad service.
