★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui al establecimiento a comprar una hamburguesa, y cual fue mi sorpresa... Llegar a la mesa y ver una cucaracha al lado del menú. El establecimiento está infestado de estos animales, y no se diga también de ratones. Las carnes de las hamburguesas están a la intemperie. Nada recomendable el lugar.

Fuimos a comprar unas alitas y no son capaces de saludarte, al parecer piensan que no les vas a pagar o que vas a pedir regalado.
Nunca nos dijeron que el aceite estaba frío por lo que la comida tardó más en cocerse; todos se metieron a reírse y a jugar mientras nosotros estábamos afuera esperando y para colmo la mitad de un paquete venía crudo.
A este negocio le hace falta mejorar muchas cosas, pero el SERVICIO AL CLIENTE es algo que se necesita tratar con URGENCIA.
No lo recomiendo ??
Sadly the service leaves a lot to be desired.
We went to buy some wings and they are not able to greet you, apparently they think that you are not going to pay them or that you are going to ask for a gift.
We were never told that the oil was cold so the food took longer to cook; everyone got in to laugh and play while we were outside waiting and to top it off half a package was raw.
This business needs to improve many things, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is something that needs to be dealt with URGENTLY.
I do not recommend it ??
