★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un ramo de flores por emergencia, sin embargo dejo mucho que desear, la combinación era bella pero algunas rosas ya están maltratadas ya que los tienen exhibidos y les da de repente el sol cuando se hace la observación de que si cambian las que están feas o si pueden hacer uno nuevo, la chica se molesta, tiene pésima actitud, no quiso armar uno nuevo y me quito la rosa más maltratada de mal forma externandi que no la repondria sin embargo mi marido le dice ponle una para reemplazarla, accede pero enojada y dice ya no tengo de ese tono (lila) seria roja, le digo que no importa me la da en la mano al ver que la pienso anexar al ramo comenta nuevamente con tono molesto no se puede meter xq tiene cinta Canela lo cual no era cierto solo tenía un tipo listón de plástico que se desamarraba y se volvía a amarrar fácilmente.
Con dicha experiencia no vuelvo a comprar en este lugar ya que no le importa que el cliente se vaya contento con la compra, es una lástima xq tienen lindos diseños pero el ser inflexibles y no aceptar que cambiar las flores maltratadas o hacerlo de mala gana (y solo cambio una a pesar de que ya habían más marchitas) pues se perdio de un cliente continúo. Son flores de invernadero hubiese sido un excelente lugar si tuvieran disponibilidad y buena actitud.
Que lástima, podrían mejorar la experiencia de los clientes.

With this experience I will not buy in this place again since it does not matter that the client leaves happy with the purchase, it is a pity because they have beautiful designs but being inflexible and not accepting that changing the battered flowers or doing it reluctantly ( and I only change one even though there were already more withered) because he lost a client I continue. They are greenhouse flowers would have been an excellent place if they had availability and a good attitude.
Too bad, they could improve the customer experience.
