★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para rentar o comprar un disfraz para los niños, muy surtido además si necesitas implementos ahi los encuentras como pintura, mallas, barbas, bigotes, etc la dueña de trato facil y amable, la renta no es tan economica pero sabes que encuentras lo que necesitas sin tener que batallar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 17 días compré un disfraz, el cual no le quedó a mi sobrina y hable en la misma semana para saber si tenían talla mas grande pero dijeron que no, por tanto le dije que lo cambiaría por un disfraz de otro personaje y pregunté si había un tiempo para la devolución a lo cual me respondieron que no,
solo se necesitaba entregarlo nuevo. Acabo de llamar y me dicen que no me pueden aceptar la devolución pues ha pasado mucho tiempo y muy poco servicial la señora se niega a hacer cambio y además pone en entredicho la llamada que les hice para preguntar las fechas de cambio, acaban de perder una cliente frecuente.
17 days ago I bought a costume, which did not fit my niece and talk in the same week to see if they were larger but said no, so I told her that I would change it for a costume of another character and asked if there was a time for the return to which they replied no,
you just needed to deliver it again. I just called and they tell me that they cannot accept the return because it has been a long time and very unhelpful. The lady refuses to make change and also calls into question the call I made to ask for the change dates, they just lost a regular client.
