R	René Gómez López on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar en la recepcion no hay nadie despues de las 10:00 pm, si quieres una habitacion tienes que hablar por telefono. Al entrar a la habitacion no hay mas que 1 sabana sobre la cama, pero si hace frio? Otra si quieres ver la tv tienes que tomarte la molestia en ir a pedir un control y el don te lo da de malas. Aparte dejan entrar a borrachos en la madrugada y despiertan a todos los que duermen en el hotel (no hay control sobre esto y falta vigilancia) La ultima vez que me quedé ahi no funcionaba la tv y al levantarla para ver si estaba conectada correctamente ¡wuaoo sorpresa! cucarachas sobre el mueble y ademas tierra To start at the reception there is no one after 10:00 pm, if you want a room you have to talk on the phone. A	Alex Okinu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones están bien, la cama es cómoda, cuenta con agua caliente, el internet nunca sirve (cuando no te dice contraseña incorrecta de plano te dice acceso bloqueado), no cuenta con televisión por cable. The rooms are fine, the bed is comfortable, it has hot water, the internet never works (when it doesn't tell you an incorrect password, it tells you access blocked), it doesn't have cable TV.
L	Laura Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad NUNCA se queden ahí , el Lugar es bueno pero la atención de la señorita recepcionista es pésima te trata como si te estuviera haciendo un favor , es bien metiche y si llegas después de las 11 PM te cierra la puerta y ya no te deja entrar y todavía te dice que NO PUEDES SALIR TE COBRAN LAS COBIJAS APARTE Y LUEGO Estaban sucias cobran el papel y el jabón .. horrible de verdad Really NEVER stay there, the place is good but the attention of the receptionist lady is terrible she treats you as if she were doing you a favor, she is very nosy and if you arrive after 11 PM she closes the door and does not let you anymore come in and it still tells you CAN'T GO OUT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE BLANKETS SEPARATELY AND THEN THEY WERE DIRTY THEY CHARGE THE PAPER AND THE SOAP.. Cierran a las 11 pm en PUNTO, no importa si vienes de cenar después del trabajo o si simplemente se te paso el tiempo. Así tal cual ponen su candado en la reja y no hay un portero o agente de seguridad velando por quien entra y sale. Y cuando llamas al numero de teléfono que está en el letrero no te contestan hasta la hr. Y la señora mal encarada te dice que si sigues tocando asi llamara a la policía. Entonces no se si pagué un hotel o le pedí permiso a la casa de la tía para estar de gratis. El papel de baño, y los jabones extra tienen costo aparte. El baño de mi cuarto tiene mucha humedad en las paredes que no son notorias a la primera. En resumen NO LO RECOMIENDO ni un poco. YO NO VOLVERÍA. It does not deserve a single star but this is the least to qualify ... They close at 11 pm in PUNTO, it doesn't matter if you come for dinner after work or if your time is just passing you. As such, they put their padlock on the gate and there is no doorman or security agent watching over who enters and leaves. And when you call the phone number that is on the sign they do not answer you until hr. And the bad-faced lady tells you that if you keep playing like this she will call the police. So I don't know if I paid for a hotel or asked my aunt's house for permission to stay for free. The toilet paper, and the extra soaps have a separate cost. The bathroom in my room has a lot of humidity on the walls that are not noticeable at first. In short I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT one bit. I WOULD NOT COME BACK.

C	Carlos Canseco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casona Is a nice place, maybe the service isn't what I expected but it's ok. The room was clean and the bathroom too. My only concern may be the WiFi service, it wasn't working as fast as I wanted
