★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful restaurant with three levels (the two upper ones are bar only) but TERRIBLE service. Had to clean our own table and asked staff to take our order four times. They literally fled the scene each time answering "yes, sure" and disappearing after. We left after the fifth time. Place was pretty busy and they were completely disoganized. Come for drinks only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. Food was tasty when it finally came but beverages and napkins were the last to arrive..after almost 30 minutes of waiting. Nice waiter, great ambiance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful architecture and the rooftop bar gives you an excellent atmosphere to enjoy a view of La Bufa at night, but each time I have gone the food is terrible and the beer has been warm - this has happened three occasions. I normally return if I give someone a tour of the city and I want them to see one of the best views.

We were tolerant of the slow service, the mixed up orders on food AND drink, the fake manager who showed up to represent but never apologized, but Once the cockroaches started coming out it was a no brainer for me. We picked up and darted out the door. The staff caught up to us to settle the bill. We paid. Absolutely the worse eating experience in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cafe-bar is located in a really beautiful part of the city. However, I would say the food needs improvement. My food was rather dry and bland. While my salad had a strange tap water taste. The piña colada was good though! So if you are looking for great food, I would suggest you try somewhere else. Thank you.
