★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buen lugar para dormir solo por días, ya que los vecinos son muy sucios, y si usas el refrigerador se comen tu comida literal no respetan, los baños siempre están sucios, y por la mañana un horror para poder bañarte apenas entras y ya te están tocando la puerta para que salgas, además los fines de semana se escucha mucho ruido por parte del bar que está a lado, la sra Rosalba te desaloja sin avisarte así sin mas, solo la ubicación es buena que ya está súper sercas del centro, pero la calle siempre está obscura por la noche es algo peligroso más si eres mujer por que salen algunos borrachos del bar o señores de la construcción te salen por la noche, además nunca encuentras estacionamiento si tienes coche, y es un peligro dejarlo sobre la avenida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está en pleno centro histórico, prácticamente está cerca de todo, muy económico, a un minuto caminando de la plaza de aranzazu, cocina y baños compartidos, en mi experiencia está bien considerando que otras rentas en el centro son muy elevadas y por ello pienso que es el mejor de la zona, ya saben "calidad costo beneficio" tiene wifi casi en toda la casa, creo que por e tipo de construcción no llega específicamente solo a 2 habitaciones. IMPORTANTE cuenta con agua caliente las 24 horas :) en toda mi estancia recibí orientación y mucho apoyo de los encargados en especial de la señora Rosalba, me han hecho sentir como si fuera mi casa lo cual agradezco muchísimo. los veo el próximo año. Gracias!

Los baños si son compartidos igual que la cocina pero limpios y aparte te hacen la limpieza cada semana.
Lo que más me gustó, aparte de que mi habitación estaba muy independiente, es la vista de la ciudad desde la azotea. Muy buena estancia.
