Se tardaron cas 1 hora para servir los platillos, sólo había una persona para atender y una cocinera. No lo recomiendo. The place is nice, the food is just good, the problem is the service. It took almost 1 hour to serve the dishes, there was only one person to attend and a cook. I do not recommend it.

Para los que realmente buscan degustar comida poblana tradicional, con el toque de antaño, este es el lugar indicado. La carta incluye entradas (una de ellas son chapulines), guisados clásicos (como el manchamanteles), cremas, crepas, ensaladas y postres. Las bebidas son de calidad. Suelen preparar los platillos en el momento, así que es para esperar. Sus chiles en nogada son de los mejores en las Cholulas y Centro histórico de Puebla. El ambiente es bucólico y rústico: recomiendo las mesas del pequeño jardín central de esta antigua casona. La atención por parte del personal es solícita, discreta y eficiente. No suele ser muy concurrido y eso añade privacidad. Los sanitarios son limpios. Su estacionamiento es pequeño, para unos cinco carros. La crema de cilantro, las crepas de huitlacoche, la sabanita y las crepas al ron o brandi (el mesero las prepara frente a la mesa) son de lo mejor. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. No recomiendo los cortes. Lo mejor es el mole. El lugar es agradable, se esmeran en la atención. Lo dejo en 2 estrellas por el precio, la lentitud, el olvido de mi platillo y que el sazón no es tan bueno. They have no chiles en nogada, because it is not season (?!!), They are somewhat slow, they forgot my order, prices are high ($ 855 three adults). I do not recommend the cuts. The best is the mole.
