★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful place! i have traveled to over 14 countries and found this to be one of my most favorites places, especially while it seems to be off the radar for foreigners. I found mostly nationals touring. This hotel is very warm and inviting, besides the comfortable bed, spacious room, incredible kitchen and dining area the location is within walking distance to the best restaurants, cathedrals, artisan markets, and i even found a beer garden with over a hundred flavors and kegs from all over the world! the Czech one was so good! only about three and half blocks from the hotel and across from plaza Aranzazú, in just another block you are on plaza San Francisco or walk in any direction you will find Cathedrals and parks and excellent shopping. Quite amazing the location of this hotel owned and run by a local family who are very personable and helpful. Only uploading a couple of photos, though i have many, hope you enjoy this place before it gets over crowded like other nearby places, including San Miguel which is only a little over two hours drive and don't forget to visit the small villages, one called Armadillo, also untouched by mob tourists :)
