El personal que cobra amable, pero el que está en la puerta una persona con muy bajo capacitación para la atención a los clientes , Ayer 26 de febrero aproximadamente a las tres de la tarde esta persona me abordó a la salida de la tienda y mirando hacia mi bolsa me preguntó que si si llevaba más productos de los que había pagado y volteó a verme a mi a mi madre y a mi tía de manera despectiva, enseguida le enseñe mi ticket de compra y le dije que hiciera mejor su trabajo, entré con el gerente y le expuse mi malestar y dijo que le llamaría la atención a esta persona. Sugiero que capaciten bien a la gente porque no se exponen a un maltrato y por lo tanto a la pérdida de clientes que los hemos seguido a través de los años. Está bien

The staff that charges friendly, but the one at the door is a person with very little training in customer service, Yesterday, February 26, at approximately three in the afternoon, this person approached me at the exit of the store and looking towards my bag asked me if I had more products than I had paid for and turned to see me, my mother and my aunt in a contemptuous way, I immediately showed him my purchase receipt and told him to do his job better, I went in with him manager and I expressed my discomfort to him and he said that he would call this person's attention. I suggest that they train people well because they are not exposed to mistreatment and therefore to the loss of clients that we have followed through the years. It's fine
